Buffalo-ish, NY
Good afternoon all! My name is Matt, im just a couple miles down the lake from Buffalo, NY. I've been lurking in the background for about a month, searching for all of my questions. Lots of good info on here... Im new to smoking, and not just to this forum, but to any forum. Most of the questions I have, have to do with abbreviations. There should be an index! (Maybe there is and I havent found it yet)
Last month I picked up a Masterbuilt propane smoker. I think its a 30", but I dont know. All I know is, it has 2 doors and it works great, and ive been loving smoking with it. So far ive smoked some chicken a couple times, a pork loin, ribs a couple times, and currently im smoking some home made polish sausage, and getting set up to smoke so chicken and ribs tomorrow for game day, Go Bills! I havent made any mods to the smoker, except for getting the maverick 732. That dial on the front of the smoker was off 60 degrees.
Anywho, thank you all for the knowledge you bring here!
