Not many pics cause it was just some ribs but these were so good I had to share.

Applied some coconut oil, Mad Hunkys and some wood.









Almost all smoke ring. Very juicy.

Not a fan of coconut anything but those ribs sure look good.

You can't even tell its coconut.

My son has allergies so we improvise.

Them look awesome Adam ! That is one heck of a nice slab of ribs.... :2thumbs: I just got home & ate, but I could still find room for a few of them ! MH rub on ribs, gonna try that this coming weekend I hope ! Is that the TJ coconut oil spray or did ya use another kind ? Just lookin to change things up a little & the fam is a fan of coconut !
