Awesome Case, all the way around.... From the pizza cooker, the help & the food ! Very cool ! My kiddos smoke with me almost every time ! Doing a couple pork shoulders & beef back ribs with them today ! Again lookin good man ! :beercheer:
It was the only Hi Temp green I could get locally! Now I'm wishing I hadn't painted it. The paint isn't going to hold up to the high temps the pizza oven is putting out. I have no idea how hot it is down there but the paint was rated for 1200.
Gonna have to remove it now, ughhhh that's gonna be a pain!
Thanks Justin! Yep cooking with the kids is great! They really dig the pizza cause they get to help from start to finish! Now that I have the dough down we'll be making ZA weekly!!!

Case that looks great! I wonder what the temp is? They make high temp that will go to 2000° not sure about colors.

Thanks David! I'm not sure. I am getting an infrared point and shoot therm that goes to 1200, so I'm hoping that will give me an idea how hot it gets in there! I think for me I'll go paintless for my Mini-ZA!
It works great! I recommend making one! I bought the peel and cut it down to size. I have a couple other threads here on building. The mini ZA. Type mini ZA in the search and they''ll pop up.

I have been following them. This is a plan I have for sure. I thought about building a redneck pizza oven out of cinder block and stuff but I think I will go this route. I know a guy who builds a pizza oven every year at elk camp. He brings the whole thing in 4 five gallon buckets (bricks). Works great and is a fun thing to have up there.
I have a friend that does the same thing. He brings it to our messabouts that a group of us wood boat nuts have several times a year. I am going to build a cob oven one of these days. This guy is going to be primarily for camping! I wanted it to be able to smoke and do pizza so I didn't have to pack multiple minis!!!!
NOOOOOOOO! Was unloading our camper after our camping trip and I dropped the mini-za's ceramic pizza stone!!!!!!!!
