Looks good, I just have not yet gotten up enough nerve to try it. I like smoked chicken, I like fried chicken, I am just not too sure it can get any better. Its a scary thought.

Its everything I like in a chicken though. AND yours looks awfully good.

Thanks oldschool, I appreciate ya dropping a line ! It was a fun one to try & turned out pretty tasty !

Interesting. Looks great. Did you smoke first, and to what IT? Is the bath and breading seasoning anything unusual? I am always looking for some new ideas...JJ

Thanks Case, I appreciate it ! I actually look a disposable aluminum pan with a little veggie oil & got the smoker up to 400* and fryed them up that way.... I usually pull out the Dutch Oven for these but wasn't in the mood to pull all that stuff out, seen the smoker & thought .... What the heck, we'll give er a go on here ! They turned out pretty good, I do think I'll be doing it that way again !

Thanks JJ, it was fun ! I did not smoke them first... They went on the smoker at 400* in a disposable aluminum pan & a little veggie oil ! Marinade is eggs, milk & a little apple cider vinegar.... The bath & seasoning is not anything unusual, pretty simple but has been a fam fav for a long time ! The bath is egg & milk with a little fresh cracked black pepper & Lawry's garlic salt... The breading is white flour, fresh cracked black pepper, Lawry's garlic salt & that's pretty much it.... I've kinda messed around here & there with some paprika, white pepper & a few other spices but always come back to the good ole fam fav !

Looks great Justin.

I might have to try them in oil, but the way I do it works for me.
