Rolled Chicken Breasts

I had a couple chicken breasts I needed to use so I decided to make some more smoked rolled chicken breasts.


I start by pounding the breast flat - this is good stress relief also

I add some garlic & a little bit of oregano.


Then some provolone cheese with some pepper, basil, celery seed & dried orange peel.


Finally I put some smoked cheddar from my stash of smoked cheese.


Tie them up...


& they are ready to go in the smoker.

MES 30   AMNPS running corn cob & apple pellets

The only thing wrong with this meal is I wasn't invited. Very good looking meal.

Yup it was a tasty meal Case - I saved one breast for tomorrow to eat while I'm waiting on my ribs & stuff to get done

You can see how moist & juicy it was in this shot & the corn cob/apple wood combo complimented things nicely

Looks great. I like doing this but wrap in bacon.
