I am new to the forum and excited to learn from you smoking masters.  I have a gas smoker that I use occasionally but am looking to get some more use out of it since I love the taste of smoked food.

Cory, don't worry about getting caught up in the forum because the addiction of smoking using all the new stuff you have learned here will take much more of your time .......
