They both look great with the smoked butter. Which seasoning did you prefer?
Thanks woodcutter

I like both but last night the Tatonka dust was TO DIE FOR I don't know if I put more one or less or what but it was great - hard to decide they will both always  be in my arsenal

Looks delicious! Nicely done! I gotta try me some of that tatonka dust...

Yep it is good stuff, bout time to order me some more.

Would have been better if it was a reverse sear just not enough time.

Thanks Red

Yep just had some on a Baked spud the other night (light coat) and it was great, will be ordering more from you soon - Thanks Mossy you make some good stuff

How heavy do you go on the Tatonka Dust? My wife got me an AMNPS for Christmas, and a sample of the dust came along for the ride. I'm thinking of using it on some New York Strips tomorrow night but don't want to over season.

The color of the seasoning tends to make people using it the first time go light with the seasoning and typically they always wish they would have used more, so I would say apply a little heavier than your gut instinct tells you to... we like adding an additional sprinkle just to enhance the flavor a few minutes before steaks come of the grill. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the flavor!
