Sure but the mid section is expensive which is one reason I'm building a 30 gallon UDS, it'll have an 18 " cooking surfaceHmm. I wonder if anyone has tried it. I would think the it should be about the same on dimensions.
The math says it'll work, worst case it wouldn't be hard to make it work but I doubt worst case would come into play.... Oh and you meant to say Jumbo JoeWell, I actually have an extra midsection, so I wanted to check before I looked into buying a Smokey Joe.
