Haven't had Sausage & Peppers & Onions for awhile, so it was time for a little batch.
Mrs Bear only eats one per meal, and won't be here for supper the second night, so 4 of the 5 are for me!!!!
The Mrs doesn't want onions on hers, so I'll saute them on the grill, and add them after she removes her "One Sammy" from the pan.
I'll be good for two nights with my 4 Sammies.
Simple, but tasty.
