Hi guys I just purchased a mgm Jim bowie last week. It has cooked up some great stuff. My only real issue with it is the lack of smoke I can get out of it. I've see lots of box style smokers get used before and I would always see Great deal of smoke come out of them for hours on end. Any tips for more smoke ?

Get an A-maze-n tray or tube if you like more smoke.  These are great.

X 2 on the A-Maze-N.  In your pellet pit, the tube smokers work great!  I have a Rec Tec pellet rig, and I use the tube smoker most of time for extra smoke flavor.  Just go to http://www.amazenproducts.com/  and look at the AMNTS.

Pretty easy, really...fill the tube with your choice of flavor wood pellets, light the end of the pellet load with a torch and let it get a hot cherry. Then blow out the flame and place it on the grate in your pit. It works on the same principle as a cigar...the pellets do a slow burn from one end of the tube to the other while producing plenty of perfect thin blue smoke.

Very simple and ingenious gadget...I use it all the time and love it!

That's awesome !!!! Would a stainless steel tube that I cut myself do the same ? Just a straight steel pipe ?

Todd's A-Maze-N Tubes are fabricated out of a stainless steel mesh.  Not sure that a closed pipe would allow enough air to keep the pellets burning.

Oh !! Well okay then . Didn't quite realize what it looked like. So if you had to pick between the tube or tray. What would you prefer. I want to order one of them

The tray doesn't perform as well in my pellet smoker, but the tube works like a charm!  I'd advise going with a 12" or 18" tube.
