Ribeye on the Grill

Last night's ribeye on the RecTec. Olive oil and Montreal steak rub on the meat.

Smoke at 180 degrees F for 60 minutes. Pull and increase grill temp to 500 degrees F. Place on grill bars and sear for 15 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature hits 135 degrees F. Great with some type of compound butter, Bernaise, or just plain!
